Women have traditionally fulfilled supportive roles in serving the church and gained their greatest joy and sense of accomplishment from being wives and mothers. The Mothers Ministry also known as Marian Mothers brings women together to discover their God-given dignity and to understand their role in Christian families.

The group is entirely made up of volunteers especially all mothers from the parish. We strive to help parishioners to grow in their relationship with God and the Church by the source of blessings and protection of Mother Mary who is our guide and role. Through this platform, we organize various activities in our parish, for all parishioners and women in particular. Some traditional activities of Syrian Catholic women are getting “Kozhu Kotta” for Palm Sunday, “Pesaha Appam & Pal” for Holy Thursday and so on.

Similarly, we organize knowledge sharing sessions of various topics, and also collect and distribute monetary support to needy women, particularly in Kerala. We are women of action with active participation in our church and cultural activities along with church events. We thank God for giving us a forum to meet and work as a team, to pray and serve to grow together in God’s love.
